Rawaa — Privacy Policy

Rawaa is a private menopause and pelvic-health companion made by AuraTech Inc ("we", "us"). We built Rawaa so that everything you record stays on your phone. This policy explains exactly what that means.

The short version

Fully on-device. Everything you enter is stored only on your phone.
No account. There is no sign-up, no login, no email address, no cloud.
We collect no personal data. We have no servers that receive your information, and we cannot see anything you record.
No analytics, no tracking, no ads. Rawaa contains no analytics, advertising, attribution or tracking SDKs, and it does not use the Android advertising ID.
Your health data never leaves your device — unless you choose to export and share it yourself.
The only thing processed off-device is an anonymous purchase receipt, handled by Google Play and RevenueCat so your subscription works.
You can export or delete all your data in the app at any time.

What stays on your phone

Everything you enter in Rawaa is stored in a private database inside the app on your device, including:

your life stage, check-ins, symptoms and cycle entries;
HRT and medicine logs, bladder diary entries and pelvic-floor training sessions;
reminders, notes and app settings, including your app-lock PIN.

Some of this is sensitive health information. None of it is sent to us or anyone else. Rawaa opts out of Android cloud backup, so it is not copied to your Google account either. Reminders are scheduled locally on your phone; no push service is involved.

App lock: if you turn on the PIN lock, your PIN is stored in the phone's secure storage. If you allow fingerprint or face unlock, Android performs the check and only tells Rawaa whether it succeeded — Rawaa never receives your fingerprint or face data.

The only data processed off-device: subscriptions

When you check your subscription, subscribe or restore a purchase, Rawaa connects to:

Google Play, which handles payment. Your payment details stay with Google; we never see them.
RevenueCat, our subscription-management provider, which checks that your purchase is valid.

What is sent is limited to what's needed to manage the subscription: an anonymous, randomly generated ID (not linked to your name, email or Google account by us); your Google Play purchase receipt and subscription details (plan, price, dates, status); and basic technical information that any connection carries, such as app version, device platform and IP address.

Rawaa never sends RevenueCat or Google any of your health data, entries or settings. RevenueCat and Google process purchase data under their own privacy policies: revenuecat.com/privacy and policies.google.com/privacy.

When you export or share

Rawaa can create a doctor-visit report (PDF) or a file with all your data. These are made on your phone. If you share or save them through another app (for example email, messaging or a cloud drive), that copy is handled by the app and people you choose, under their terms. Rawaa never sends them anywhere on its own.

What we don't do

No analytics, crash-reporting, advertising or tracking SDKs.
No selling or sharing of personal data — we don't have any to sell.
No access to your contacts, location, camera, microphone, photos or files.

Separately from Rawaa, Android and Google Play may collect crash and performance statistics at the system level if you allowed this in your phone's settings. That is governed by Google's privacy policy, not by any code in Rawaa.

Export and delete your data

Export: More → Export my data — choose Doctor-visit report (PDF) or All my data (file).
Delete: More → Delete all my data permanently erases everything Rawaa has stored on your phone. Uninstalling Rawaa also removes all its data.
Because we hold none of your data, there is nothing on our side to delete. To manage or cancel a subscription, use Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.

Retention and security

Your data stays on your phone until you delete it or uninstall the app. It is protected by your phone's own security, and you can add Rawaa's PIN lock and hide it from screenshots and the recent-apps screen. Connections to Google Play and RevenueCat are encrypted (HTTPS/TLS).

Age

Rawaa is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed to children.

Changes

If we change how Rawaa handles data, we will update this page and its date. If a change would send any of your data off your device, we will ask you in the app first.
