Rawaa — Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the Rawaa mobile app ("Rawaa"), provided by AuraTech Inc ("we"). By using Rawaa, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Who can use Rawaa

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your region, and able to form a binding agreement.

2. Not medical advice

Rawaa is an information, tracking and guided-exercise tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Its content — including symptom and cycle insights, HRT and medicine logs, articles and doctor-visit reports — is general and may not fit your situation. Always rely on your doctor, a pelvic-floor physiotherapist or another qualified clinician for decisions about your health. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

3. Pelvic-floor exercises

Pelvic-floor exercises are safe for most women, but not for everyone. Answer Rawaa's safety questions honestly, and see a professional first if Rawaa suggests it. Stop any exercise that causes pain or discomfort, and seek professional advice if symptoms continue or get worse. You use the exercises at your own discretion.

4. Your data

You own everything you record in Rawaa. It is stored only on your phone, as described in our Privacy Policy. Because there is no account and no cloud copy, we cannot recover your data if you delete it, uninstall the app or lose your phone. Use More → Export my data to keep your own copy.

5. Free week and subscriptions

Free week: you get full access to Rawaa for your first 7 days from installing it, with no payment details needed.
After that, using Rawaa requires a paid subscription, yearly or monthly. Without one, you can still export or delete all your data at any time.
Yearly may include a free trial offered by Google Play. If it does, the app shows it before you subscribe; you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Monthly is billed when you subscribe.
Subscriptions are billed through Google Play and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel them in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
Prices are shown in the app, in your currency, before purchase. Refunds are handled under Google Play's policies.

6. Acceptable use

Please don't misuse Rawaa — including attempting to get around the subscription, reverse-engineering the app, or using it unlawfully.

7. Availability

We work to keep Rawaa reliable but provide it "as is" and "as available". Features may change. Subscription checks depend on Google Play, RevenueCat and your internet connection.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rawaa is provided without warranties of any kind, and AuraTech Inc is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, for loss of data stored on your device, or for decisions made in reliance on the app's information. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Ending use

You may stop using Rawaa and delete your data at any time (More → Delete all my data, or uninstall the app). We may suspend access for breach of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (Emirate of Dubai), without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
